Henrietta layed a ginormous egg the other day! Ouch.
Today we finally used it in our pancake batter for breakfast.
It was a double yolker but that second yolk was huge- could’ve been a triple!

Wow that is one big egg!!
So I have a question for you. I know that all eggs have a lot of cholesterol, which isn’t the best thing in the world, so that is why I have always just used the egg whites, but since my husband and I now only buy organic eggs, is it okay to have the whole egg (yolk and all) even with the high cholesterol count? I would think that it would be okay, but I was just curious. Thanks!!

wow. look at the beautiful color of the yolks! I don’t think I can raise any chicks in my condo.

WOW, you can tell those are good organic eggs by the color of those yolks!
